I have reinstalled I-tunes and Quicktime. I can access my library but not the store. I have check and my firewall is not blocking i-tunes. When I read about doing additional tests for network connections the instructions say to access the help menu. When I try to get to the store, nothing loads so I have not access to help. I've not had a problem with i-tunes before but now it is just not working.
