my iphone 4s does not auto switch off based on the setting. it remains switched on indefinitely. i recently upgraded to ios 6 and this problem has cropped up only since the upgrade. please help.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.2

Try This...


Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...


Reset ( No Data will be Lost )


Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Restore “...
