My new Itouch 5 keeps messing up my album art

I just got a new Itouch 5th gen for 2 weeks now and I've noticed everytime I've synced it to my itunes the majority of my song's would have messed up album art. It's starting to really bother me.

I've restored my Itouch twice, I've deleted and resynced the songs with messed up artwork multiple times. For example I keep resyncing Maroon 5's new album onto my itouch at least five times now and Athlete's Black Swan album cover keeps showing up. Sometimes when I add new songs, songs that were already on my itouch began to scramble up the artwork. I restoring my itouch again, but I've learned so far that restoring is only a temporary fix. I really want to know how to permenantly fix this or find out what's going on with my itouch.
