My wife and I each have an iPad. I purchased a book through iBooks and now my wife wants to read it. How can I move the book over to her iPad? Is there a way to log into my iBook account while I am on her iPad so that the book I purchased can be read by her.

Yes you can do that, but if you download the book onto her iPad using your Apple ID, you will lock your wife out of her own ID for 90 days and there will be no turning back and she will have to wait the 90 days before she can use ID again.
