I tried installing OS X in my Mac version 2004 and it failed now it does not wont to go to the home page anymore.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

You talking about the internet here? What web browser?


if safari

safari > preferences ...


Set correct hompage.


Try another browser.

You need to spend more time on your answers. Please quote what question you are answering. Answer all quesitons.


Example:


I have no idea what version it is but I know that I used the disk that come with the computer .


Here is how to find out what version of Mac OS you are running:

Click on the blue apple in the upper left hand of the screen.


click on this icon

Most of these are numbers & that's what we want.
