Q: How do I disinfect my iPhone touch screen?

I realize that a clean cloth takes off the smudges, but what about removing germs?  Let's be realistic - some things need real cleanings.

    I agree sometimes they need to be cleaned more thoroughly and not just from germs but bodily fluids that might get on them from colds, etc. Water and a soft cloth just won't clean them. Wish Apple would tell us how to disinfect the screen rather than tell us what not to use to clean it. Alcohol would be my first choice but its not recommended.
