My daughter downloaded zombie farm and purchased 100 brains - I was billed for the purchase but she never recieved the brains. Three days later I was billed for another purchase of brains that she did not order or recieve - how do I get my account refund

My daughter downloaded zombie farm and tried to purchase 100 brains - I was billed for the purchase but she never recieved the brains - three days later I was billed for a purchase of 100 brains again even thought no one made the purchase - how do I get a refund?

iPhone 4, iOS 4.2

If you did not receive the "merchandise" then a refund is due. Just click through the support link provided above, fill out the form at the end, clearly state the facts and state them again via reply email.


Also prepare to send copies of the billings and provide the user name associated with Zombie Farm and Game Center (if applicable).


All should work out, but if satisfaction is not received, file a claim with your credit card issuer.
