Description of ErrorThe Error 5016 is generated when the user attempts and fails to run the Inventory Agent program for Macintosh client computers (INVMac) for the Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS). The error occurs because the Macintosh client computer fails to find the desired SMS server. The error code also appears when the Mac client computer stops responding when the initial SMS inventory is taken from the Mac. This Mac problem happens when the SMS server is located in the wrong AppleTalk zone.
