I dont have 'add folder to library' just 'add file to library'. How do i add a bulk amount of music to library

I don't have 'add folder to library' just 'add file to library'. How do I add a bulk amount of music to iTunes library? Windows 7 does not allow 'open with' option.

iTunes-OTHER, Windows 7

Use Ctrl-B to restore the menu bar or press Alt to open it on a temporary basis.

File > Add folder to library will work as before.

Or you can drag & drop the folder onto the iTunes interface.
