Is it ok to install 2 memories of 2GB plus 2 of 4GB? (iMac, 21.5-inch, Mid 2011))

I mean, with any kind of future effects...

What about Apple Memories vs/ Kingstom ones for mac. Any advice?

You can do it without any problem. 2x2 GB and 2x4 GB are valid. I recommend you to buy the RAM in OWC or Crucial in order to prevent compatibility problems and make sure that you buy the correct memory type for your computer

That is the combination I have and have been using it since 2010. Make sure you install the matching RAM horizontally.
