Couldn't remember security question and doesn't work when password reseted

Anamusic those things you send to me didn't let me change my security questions nothing happended

Did you not email support...?
You need to actually have a conversation with one of the support reps. Send them an email and wait for a reply.

Don't worry about it I just wasted $30on nothing
I can't remember my security questions and on the support page it says to resets your password and when I do it never works and I've changed it 4 times
