iPhone 5 sleep/wake button rattle

I just got an unlocked iPhone 5 and i discovered that the sleep/wake button is loose and rattles whenever i put the phone down or shake it a little! Can this be repaired if i take it to an iPhone repair store? I don't libe in the US and there isn't an apple retail store in my country! So what should i do? Please tell me if it could be repaired without the data being list or something.
