Q: I don't have celluar data on my Ipad. what app do I use? In the place on the Apple support screen there are, Airplane mode, Wifi and bluetooth.

How do you mean? To get it to connect to the internet? You can always connect it to a wifi network.

If you bought the wifi only option, then you do not have the hardware to add cellular data. You need the wifi + cellular iPad.

I wasn't informed that tere were diffferent Ipads. When I purchased it I was under the impression that they were all alike. I will take this directly back to the store because I have a return date of January 17, 2013. Thanks for the informative help

I am connected to a very strong Wifi network but I still can't access anything online like my gmail account, Netflix, Safari or anything else. Thanks for the help.

Go HERE and see the section: "If you are unable to access the Internet while connected to a Wi-Fi network".
