If you have an apple id already, ask apple to take off the credit card from the account and then you can use it without payment
If the "None" option is not available and you do not want to redeem an iTunes gift car, you will have to create a new account
Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
