Can't get voice memo off my iPhone

I made a 40' voice recording. It is stored on my iPhone, I can listen to it.

But when I plug the iPhone into my Mac, this memo doesn't show up in iTunes. (On a 2nd Mac either.) I have synced 5 times now; nothing.

Any idea what I can do? It's way too big for sending by mail.
