How did you repair??
Holding the control command - option key on launch of iPhoto gives you some rebuild options.

Jan 8, 2013 11:00 AM in response to leroydouglasby djp332,Disk Utility repair permissions is what I did. And after numerous trip to the Apple Store (they had my laptop for a week), I'm still not exactly sure what they did, but now the problem is happening again.

Jan 8, 2013 11:11 AM in response to djp332by JohnTh,The first option. If that goes well and may take some time depending upon the size of your iPhoto library, then do the last option. Do you have a backup of your entire library?
