recently purchased king kong extended version on my apple tv. watching no probe. recently it has disappeared from my purchased list! what's up with that??

yeah so I bought King Kong extended version on my apple tv and was watching here and there, no probs at all. The other day I clicked on it to continue watching and got the mesage that it was temporarily unavailable. No worries...but a couple of days later it was gone from my purchased list altogether! Have restarted etc, but not coming back. Can I get it back somehow, or if not, how do I get a refund? Thanks for your time all!!
