Profile corrupted not loading...

For the past four or five days, every time I turn my MAC on in the morning it starts up without my profile. I have to shut it down 2-3 times before it starts-up with the correct profile. I am on Mac that is joined to an Active Directory domain. Aside from my account there are two other accounts - Local Mac Admin account and a Domain Admin account.

Some times it will start up with a different background and missing icons - some times it will start up with a completely blank profile as if it was being logged in for the first time.

Is there a way to delete my profile like Windows and have it rebuild itself?
