Delivery error questions

I'm getting multiple conflicting error messages for an updated book submission.

1) Size issue: when my cover image is res'd up to 1400 horizontally, an error message says it should be res'd to 1400 vertically. Not sure what this is- perhaps they want a square image :-)

2) When I enter the What's new text box with info an error message says I shouldn't add the info, but when I remove the verbiage, it says I must.

3) Not really sure what the "Apple Scheme" refers to, but apparently I'm in error here too.

All a bit confusing. Any help?
