No Names or Adress Details sync'd between GMail Business and Contacts

Our company uses GMail Business and I am finding that while my GMail address book does sync my cards with Contacts, only the email address is put into the card. This is peculiar as normal GMail address book sync with Contacts works as advertised... it is just GMail Business with this problem.
