Is there any problem in downloading movies and TV shows to an IPad 3rd generation in Puerto Rico??

I live in Puerto Rico and some other content providers, ie Amazon, does not allow downloading movies and TV shows to Puerto Rico. Can I do it with I Tunes?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.0.2
