http://Just migrated to a new Mac that has Mountain Lion OS. when I go to add my printers I do not get the option to set up printing through an IP address. the only Option I get is to add printers through Bonjour. My co-worker did the same thing but does have the option to add printers by IP address. Any one have this problem?

Can you post a screenshot of the Add window when you click + in Print & Scan under System Preferences?
It does not jump up in your face the way Bounjour or similar printers do. You will have to dig a little to get to it. Knowing the IP Address ahead can help a lot:

on the Add window ctrl+click near the Add word (top middle of the window) and untick Hide Toolbar
