Can't make course public

Greetings,

I am a new iTunesU course manager. Our institution was accepted and I was able to activate the site. I currently have three "students" enrolled in the course.

Here is the problem: User uploaded fileWhen I "submit request to go public on iTunes," I recieve an error message and option to reload page.

There seems to be a pending approval from our site administrator, but unfortunately, I don't know who that is supposed to be.

I recall that when I initially submitted the application I made my building principal the site admin, but I remember that when got the original iTunes U enrollment acceptance email, I was told that the site admin would be receving instructions by email as well on how to set up our account.

Apparently, he never got that email. Even though I have been allowed to set up the course, the only way promote the course, is by direct enrollment link, but I REALLY want to make it public.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!
