I can't use bootcamp cause it said, Bootcamp does not support for 3TB hard.
What should i do?
I'm MAC beginner could anyone suggest me with the easiest way to solve this problem please.

At the moment there is no workaround, Boot Camp does not support drives larger than 2.2TB.
Do apple going to solve this problem soon?
