when I click on things my mac makes weird beeping noises and when I start my mac a computer voice says 'hallo', or something like that.
Does anyone know how I can change this mode? it's really annoying!!

Try hitting CMD+F5, or check System Preferences>Universal Access>Seeing & see if Voice Over is turned on. 🙂
