Pop noise problem-Waves tune in Logic 9

I'm having pop noises on my vocal tracks when I use waves tune. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Just to let you know that I tried without connectinb my interface apogee duet fw. It didn't help.

This problem has to be in between my mbp (osx lion), logic 9 and waves tune. It seems like waves tune is enhancing jitter noises from the audio file or something.

Or maybe simply my mbp and logic has some kind of issues. Cuz I used to own osx leopard. I never experienced pop noise problem on waves tune.

It wasn't perfect either. I couln't scroll the windows properly. It was very slow. But now I bought a new mbp with lion. I didn't have that problem but I got pop noise problem. and this is major problem for me.

Do you think I sould unistall and install waves plugins or logic?

Any tips will help!
