credit for in app purchase?

I have an app that has 2 versions. I downloaded the free version and was using it. Wanted to try out the email function and literally fumbled and almost dropped my phone hitting the "purchase" option when the app pop up said something to the effect of "purchase", I didn't even enter my password and I ended up spending 4.99. Besides the fact that Im not interested in the upgrade, i don't see what the difference is. How can I get a refund?

MacBook Pro (17-inch 2.4 GHz), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), iPhone 5

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button inYour Purchase History on your computer.

Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
