About two weeks after I bought my iPhone 5 the lock button started working very inconsistently. Now it doesn't work at all due to no fault of my own, just use. Will Apple fix this problem for free? And if so, what number do I call and how does the whole process work?

i went in to get my lightning connector changed before christmas and they swapped the phone too
they are so good most of the time providing they can see the problem
