can we change the iTunes default folder from C:\Users\username\My Music\ to other location, for example E:\mymusic

You can't change the default location that iTunes want to use when you install it, but you can move or copy your library to another location and open the library from there, or create a new one where you wish.
I suggest you copy your current iTunes folder to E:\iTunes (with iTunes closed) then hold down shift as you start iTunes and keep holding shift until asked to choose or create a library. Click choose and browse to the file E:\iTunes\iTunes Library.itl. If all goes well you should be able to delete the original copy of the iTunes folder on your C: drive, though I recommend you back up first.
