how do I change "purchased by"

I have two accounts associated with iTunes 11 on Mountain Lion 10.8.2 on my iMac.

Mine and my sons.

A number of apps appear to have been purchased under his mac ID, instead of mine. It is a nuisance to have to keep switching iTunes logins to update both sets of apps for my iPhone and iPad. (They are all "free" apps.)

How can I change this "purchased by" information?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), iMac Core i7 2.93GHz 4GB
