Getting the iCards app to work

I press on Buy and 50% of the time, nothing happens. I've closed the app, rebooted the iPad but the response remains random. Sometimes it goes straight through to coimpleting the order and then for several days I can't get the button to do anything.

How can I get this sorted out please?
