Q: My iphone 4 will only vibrate when calls come in. The silencer button on the upper left had corner is slid towards the screen.

My iphone 4 only vibrates when a call comes in. The silencer button on the left side top is pushed towards the screen. I don't see any bell icon anywhere on the phone. This phone was previously owned by someone else and I an now trying to set it up for myself
