Can I access google play store on my iPad3?

There are some cool IQ-brain games on Google Play Store. How can I download them to my iPad3 when they don't show up in iTunes, and the Google Play Store requires that I download the Google Play App first? I can't find the Google Play App in iTunes. When I search for Google Play APK to download to my computer and transfer to my iPad, I only get Google Play for Android. Does this work on iPad3, or am I doing this completely wrong?
