My ipod will only charge on my computer but wont charge
with wall charger or docking station

Does the wall charger work for other devices? Maybe it is bad.
Does them dock manufacturer say it will work with your model iPod and its iOS?
Is the iPod fully seated in the dock?
Does music play through the dock?
Did it work with the dock before?
