First of all, open http://appleid.apple.com, login with your Apple ID and change the password as soon as possible in order to stop it. Then, contact with iTunes support to ask for a refund > http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact

You must request this from the support web site for the itunes or app's store.

You're not talking to Apple here. Everyone here is just a fellow user, and Karen and mende are trying to help you as best anyone here can. So it's very rude of you to yell at them, particularly since they've told you how to proceed.
