What are the available types of profiles for Apple TV?

What profile options can be installed on an Apple TV through Apple Configurator? For example, I know that I can install a profile to connect the Apple TV to 802.1X networks, but can I set up on an Apple TV for VPN? What all is possible? And why can an Apple TV not be supervised? I want to stop users from resetting the device and removing the wireless profile that is on the Apple TV. Also, I have been unable to control the name of the Apple TV via Apple Configurator. This is a real pain. I do not want to change the name on every Apple TV manually.
