unable to mount nfs share on single mac

I have a new mac that we have reloaded the OS (10.7.4) several times to attempt to get it to connect to an NFS share for Users home folders. The computer is able to connect to AFP and SMB shares with no problem. Other Mac's on the network are able to connect to the NFS Share without errors. The Log reports 'nfs_connect: socket connect taking a while for xxx.'. DNS resolves correctly, Networking works fine other than NFS. Firewall is disabled. Anyone have any suggestions?
