Q: my ipod nano's (4th generation) keyboard doesn't work! but all other things do, SOMEONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE?

my nano 4gen 8gb has a problem, it's keyboard doesn't work!! I have to shake it because of that and my hand is tired of that u.u does someone know how to fix it??
