I have pre-ordered 2 albums, but iTunes won't let me download them. How do I download them?

I have recently pre-ordered 2 albums with 3 gift cards i recieved for christmas. iTunes is not letting me download my 2 albums. I would like to have them in my library since they are already out and purchased.
