Powermac G4 MDD Not Starting

I have a PowerMac G4 MDD FW 800

and when I press the power button it glows and when I release it it stops glowing. Isuspect the PSU or Pram batt is the probably problem but I am not sure. It has been along time since it was started so I am not sure what the specs are.

PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.2.x) , PSU and Pram battery questionable?

Your internal PRAM battery may be weak or discharged. Suggest you replace the battery. Check this site for battery part numbers and sources. https://sites.google.com/site/macpram/mac-pram-nvram-cuda-pmu-battery-tutorialMac PRAM, NVRAM, CUDA/PMU & Battery Tutorial
