Went to the article on the support page, changed LAN settings, nothing. Went on down, renamed and erased Hosts file in System 32, nothing. Next step suggested is diddling with the security software on Itunes for windows. Is it worth it? Will I be able to do it? Or will I have to pay the $19 Apple is asking me for in order to use telephone support since my warranty has expired. Is this a total scam?
