How to setup internal site

I noticed that my 10.5 server has the option for an internal website, but i can't figure out how to set it up. Would i be able to use iWeb possibly to set up this site, or do i need to know coding to do so? If there are any guides out there that could walk me through it, that would be great. Thanks
