The board from my Iphone 4s is broken, I was wondering i it could be fixed by the apple care plan...

If you mean the component board inside the iPhone, you voided
your warranty when you opened the iPhone to look at the board.
Applecare covers manufacturing defects. There are no user serviceable
components in an iPhone. AppleCare will nor cover the repair.
