I keep getting billed from apple, I'm not sure if a couple apps I downloaded were a one time charge or if its a monthly thing. How do I find out?

If it/they are auto-renewing subscriptions then they should appear as described on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
