I'm am trying to restore my iPod touch but it keeps saying it wont back it up because I forgot my password

IM TRYING TO RESTORE MY IPOD TOUCH BECAUSE I FORGOT THE PASSWORD BUT IT SAYS IT WONT BACK IT UP BECAUSE I FORGOT MY PASSWORD!???! HELP

You may need to try this More than Once...

Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...

But... if the Device has been Modified... this will Not necessarily work.
