Q: i phone

Hi......
I was wondering, if you sync your iphone into itunes and making it into a new device, would it erase anything, because i have used this iphone and theres contacts, photos and apps.
Im scared if I make it as a new device I might lose some things that are in my i phone.
Please help me.

If you restore your iPhone as a new device it will wipe everything on there first. It effectively makes to phone like 'new' i.e. empty.

If you plan to do this, you should backup the stuff you want to keep first.
