Q: Error message 2324 when drying to download new version of itunes

I just got an iPhone 4S and need to update iTunes. I get an error message 2324 when I try to download the newest version. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1
