Hello. Can anyone help? iPad mini is frozen with iCloud backup message showing which will not respond to "ok". Cannot shut machine down to reboot and neither slide for cancel or power off responds. What can I do? Thanks for any guidance.

Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.
