How can I stop Buffering on my Ipad2?

Buffering occurs when you are watching faster than the video can download. So you need to make sure that you have a good connection, either wifi or 3G. Wifi is faster. As karebu said, turn off "HD" or "High Quality" to minimise the data you are trying to download.

If I think that buffering is going to be a problem, I run the video for a few seconds and then pause it. This often starts it downloading and I then leave it for a bit to download before I watch it. This gives it more chances to keep ahead of me.

if you are watching youtube,

you can try downloading Google app. Not youtube app. but google app. (The blue G logo).

And when you are watching, turn off 'HD'.
