It is after January 7th and my scheduled Do Not Disturb has not healed itself. Why?

So I thought that Do Not Disturb was supposed to start working on/after January 7th. My setting has been on this whole time and was not working (as expected) for the first week of 2013. But it hasn’t started magically working since a few days ago. Why not?
